摘要(Abstract):
由于发电厂加氧设备的局限性和控制技术的不完善,使得加氧过程的控制不理想,运行过程中过分依靠运行人员的维护和干预,使加氧技术的效果大打折扣。以华能长兴发电厂2号机组自动加氧系统的改造为例,介绍了新型自动加氧设备及其工作原理,通过流量传感器和新型控制算法的应用,减小了负荷变化时溶氧值的波动。从而使得汽水品质更加稳定,提高了加氧运行的可靠性。
Due to the limit of oxygen feeding equipment and the imperfect control in power plant, the control process of oxygen feeding is not unfavorable. It greatly reduces the effect of oxygen feeding technology in the operation process by relying too much on maintenance and intervenes of operating personnel. Based on the automatic oxygen feeding system transformation of unit No.2 in Changxing Power Plant, the paper introduces a new automatic oxygen feeding device and its working principle. Through flow sensor and new control algorithm, the fluctuation of dissolved oxygen during load change is reduced, which makes steam-water quality more stable and improves reliability of oxygen-feeding operation.
