省级电网实时自动运行技术研究综述Review of Research on Real-time Automatic Operation Technology of Provincial Power System

摘要(Abstract):
针对特高压交直流混联电网运行特点,对现有及未来将应用的电网调控技术能够实现省级电网实时自动运行的程度及范围做了研究评估。对综合智能分析与告警、在线安全分析、动态特性分析、调控一体化等现有电网调控运行框架技术做了综述;分析论证了这些技术如何经深化应用和整合,全方位深层次地主导负荷平衡、电压控制、限额控制、倒闸操作、风险评估预警、故障协同处置等调控运行主要业务,通过SCADA、 AGC、 AVC、遥控倒闸操作等底层技术手段,实现特高压交直流混联电网频率、电压、安全性的多目标自动闭环控制,实现电网实时运行阶段的自动运行;对大数据分析、调控云平台、调度机器人、人工智能等新技术如何在电网调控的应用上全面深层次地辅助人工工作的前景做了研究和展望。
In view of the operation features of UHV AC-DC hybrid power grid, this paper assesses the extent of current and future dispatching and control technologies which can be applied to real-time automatic operation of provincial power system. Firstly, this paper expounds the existing power grid dispatching and control operation framework technologies such as comprehensive intelligent analysis and alarming, online safety analysis, dynamic characteristics analysis, dispatching and control integration; then it analyzes the in-depth application and integration of the technologies to lead major services of power grid dispatching and control such as load balancing, voltage regulation, limit control, switching operation, risk evaluation and warning,synergic fault treatment. With the help of various underlying techniques like SCADA, AGC, AVC, and remote switching operation, the multi-objective automatic closed-loop control of UHV AC-DC hybrid power grid based on frequency, voltage and security can be realized, which implements the real-time automatic operation. At last, the paper proposes research and outlook about the potential auxiliary application of new technologies including big-data-based analytics, dispatching and control cloud platform, dispatching robots and AI in the field of power grid dispatching and control.
