摘要(Abstract):
宾金和灵绍2回特高压直流密集馈入后,浙江电网发展为一个典型的大型交直流混联省级受端电网,"强直弱交"电网特性进一步显现,安全稳定运行风险持续增大。深入分析了浙江电网运行特性和面临的挑战,提出了针对性的技术和管理措施,对浙江电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的指导意义。
With the infeed of Binjin and Lingshao UHVDC projects, Zhejiang power grid becomes a typical large-scale hybrid AC/DC receiving-end system, showing "strong DC and weak AC" characteristics and exposing increasingly higher operation safety and stability risks. Firstly, the main operation features and challenges to the Zhejiang power grid are analyzed thoroughly in this paper. Then, some preventive countermeasures in technical and management aspects are proposed. The analysis results provide theoretical reference to the operation and optimization of Zhejiang power grid.
