摘要(Abstract):
简述GT13E2燃气轮机缸体结构,介绍了燃烧室外缸下半部裂纹产生的过程,并对裂纹产生的原因和单独更换燃烧室外缸的困难程度进行分析,重点介绍通过合缸和研磨工艺在燃气轮机基础上更换燃烧室外缸的工艺流程,最后总结燃烧室外缸的更换效果,认为该方法可以有效解决燃烧室下半缸体裂纹漏气的问题,彻底解决机组的安全隐患。
The paper briefly introduces casing structure of GT13 E2 gas turbine and expounds crack development at the lower half of combustion chamber outer casing; besides, it analyzes crack reasons and difficulty to replace the combustion chamber outer casing and in particularly introduces casing assembly and grinding process to replace combustion chamber outer casing. Finally the paper summarizes effect of the new combustion chamber outer casing and believes that it can handle gas leakage of the crack at the lower half of combustion chamber outer casing and completely prevents the hidden safety hazards of the unit.
