摘要(Abstract)：

火电工程竣工档案是全面考核项目建设成果,检验项目设计、施工、管理等工程质量的依据。同时又是项目竣工验收、机组达标投产考核和工程创优的内容之一。加强对火电工程竣工档案的过程控制、合理的科学分类管理,是工程竣工时创优达标的有效手段之一。
Thermal power plant project as-built archive provides an evidence for evaluating the result of project construction,inspecting the quality of project design,construction and management.Meanwhile,it is one of the standards of project completion acceptance,operation assessment and excellent project evaluation.However,in the actual work process,as-built archive was in a mess because of the unreasonable management.Strengthening the process control of thermal power plant project as-built archive and reasonable classification was one of the effective methods of achieving excellent project evaluation standard.
