摘要(Abstract):
通过对高压导汽管的振动测量和管道振动模态分析,得到了管道的主振频率、振动幅值和各阶固有频率。详细分析了管道的振动特性,论述了理论计算和实际振动形态之间的关系,综合分析后制定了具体的管道振动治理方案,采用冷态安装和热态适当调整相结合的办法,使机组启动后的管道振动情况得到了明显改善。
Through the analysis of vibration measurement and model for the high pressure steam pipe,the main vibration frequency and amplitude as well as natural frequency of every step are obtained.This paper analyzes vibration characteristic in detail and discusses the relations between theoretical calculation and actual vibration form.The detailed vibration treatment scheme is formulated after comprehensive analysis.Pipe vibration is reduced greatly after unit startup by adopting the method of combining cold installation and hot adjustment.
