摘要(Abstract)：

变电所接地装置属隐蔽工程,接地装置质量的好坏对变电所安全运行的影响极大。为此,讨论了施工和验收各环节的质量控制问题。
The grounding equipment of electric power transformer substation is secluded. It is the key part of lightning grounding system. The quality of the grounding equipment influences greatly on the quality of the transformer substation. So,the quality control in the process of designing,constructing and checking must be highly emphasized.
