艾氏卡熔样与氧弹分解预处理方式检测煤中氯含量的比较分析Comparison of Pretreatment Methods of Eschka Reagent Molten Sample and Oxygen Bomb Decomposition in Chlorine Content Testing of Coals

摘要(Abstract):
分别采用艾氏卡熔样(国标方法)与氧弹分解2种煤样预处理方式,进行离子色谱法检测煤中氯含量。经过试验对比分析,两种预处理煤样方式通过离子色谱法都可以准确测出煤中氯含量,艾士卡熔样预处理方式较适合批量处理样品的检测,氧弹分解预处理方式适合样品数量较少时的检测。
Eschka reagent molten sample(national standard method) and oxygen bomb decomposition are respectively adopted for testing chlorine content in coals by using ion chromatography method. After comparison and analysis, it is shown that both of the pretreatment methods can accurately test chlorine content in coals;Eschka reagent molten sample method is more suitable for batch testing of the sample while the latter is suitable for samples of small quantity.
