摘要(Abstract):
对直接空冷凝汽器A型塔管束结构及工作原理进行了分析,指出空冷凝汽器顺流管束的下端比逆流管束更容易结冰。采用空冷凝汽器温度场在线监测系统,可以有效监测空冷凝汽器冻结问题的发生,详细介绍了在线监测系统的设计方案。
This paper analyzes tube bundle structure of A-type tower and its operating principle in direct air cooled condenser; it indicates that the lower end of downstream tube buddle is easier to freeze than that of upstream tube buddle in air cooled condenser. The utilization of temperature field online monitoring system of A-type tower tube bundles in direct air cooled condenser can effectively monitor freezing of air cooled condenser. Finally, this paper expounds design and implementation scheme of temperature field online monitoring system of A-type tube bundles in direct air cooled condenser.
