就地化保护智能运维检修模式研究

摘要(Abstract):

智能变电站中合并单元、智能终端等二次设备导致系统可靠性降低、保护动作时间延长等问题。随着就地化保护装置在新一代智能变电站中的推广应用,上述问题可以得到有效解决,但传统运维检修模式也将面临全新的挑战。针对现阶段智能变电站运检模式中存在的不足,充分应用就地化保护装置接口标准统一、体积小易更换和保护专网信息集中上送的特点,提出了集中式设备信息查看、智能化故障诊断与状态评估的全新运维模式和"工厂化智能调试+更换式快速检修"的全新检修方案,为未来就地化保护技术的进一步推广应用提供参考。
Secondary equipment such as merging units and intelligent terminals in intelligent substation leads to decreased reliability and prolonged time of protection action. With the promotion and application of localized protection devices in the new generation of intelligent substations, the problem above can be solved.However, the traditional maintenance mode will face new challenges. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing operation and maintenance mode of the intelligent substations, the paper, in view of the characteristics of unified interface standards, small size, replaceability and centralized information uploading of protection private networks, puts forward a new maintenance mode of centralized device information viewing, intelligent fault diagnosis and status assessment as well as a new maintenance scheme of intelligent factory debugging+replacement-based fast maintenance, providing reference for the further promotion and application of localized protection technology.
