摘要(Abstract):
根据SCR脱硝工艺,研制了一套能处理烟气量为14000m3/h的工业脱硝试验装置。在试验装置上开展了NH3/NOX摩尔比与脱硝效率、NH3/NOX摩尔比与氨漏失量、烟气温度与脱硝效率、烟气温度与SO2氧化率、烟气流量与催化剂层流动阻力等相关关系的研究。通过脱硝装置研制和脱硝性能研究工作,为今后脱硝装置的设计、运行以及性能研究提供了经验。
According to SCR denitrification technology,a pilot SCR denitrification facility for dealing with 14000 m3/h flue gas was developed.The experiments of related relationship such as NH3/NOX mole ratio with denitrification efficiency,NH3/NOX mole ratio with ammonia slip,flue gas temperature with denitrification efficiency and flue gas flow with press drop of catalyst were carried out on this pilot facility.Through the development of the pilot facility and research works,the experiences of design,operation and performance research for SCR denitrification process was founded.
