变电站二次直流失电保护系统的可靠性分析Reliability Analysis for Protection System of Secondary DC Power Loss in Substation

摘要(Abstract):
针对变电站二次直流失电情况下相邻站远后备保护失效的问题,相关研究提出了变电站二次直流失电保护系统,但目前尚无分析方法来定量评价失电保护系统的可靠性,使得其工程应用存在一定的风险。对此,根据故障树分析理论建立了变电站二次直流失电保护系统的整体可靠性模型,然后利用序贯蒙特卡罗算法对可靠性模型进行仿真并得到可靠性指标。根据相关可靠性指标,针对性地提出了相关改进措施,可进一步提高变电站二次直流失电保护系统的可靠性。
Existing researches have proposed protection system to solve the problem of remote backup protection failure of adjacent stations under the secondary DC power loss in substations. However, there is no method to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of the protection system of secondary DC power loss in the substation, which leads to some risks in its engineering application. In this paper, the whole reliability model of the protection system of secondary DC power loss in the substation is established based on the theory of fault tree analysis; then the sequential Monte Carlo algorithm is used to simulate the model and obtain the reliability index. The improvements are put forward to enhance the reliability of the protection system of secondary DC power loss in a substation.
