舟山多端柔性直流输电示范工程零起升压方案研究

摘要(Abstract):

柔性直流输电是新一代的直流输电技术,对海岛电网的发展有着重要的意义。因受海岛电网的特点所限,无法使用常规方式对联结变等柔性直流输电设备进行零起升压,需要研究一种新的试验方式。通过对比各种传统试验方式的优劣后,提出了一种适于海岛电网的零起升压方案,并对相关参数进行了核算,实践证明新的零起升压方案能够很好地结合海岛特有的情况,取得了较好的试验效果。
HVDC(high-voltage direct current) Flexible system is the latest technology for DC power transmission, which is also meaningful for the development of offshore power grid. With the limitations of the offshore power grid, it is obstacle for the regular solutions to commencing raising voltage from zero(RVFZ) under insular conditions. Therefore a novel solution is introduced after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing RVFZ solutions, and relevant parameters are calculated and determined. It is finally proved the new solution can well combine special condition of islands, which achieves favorable test results.
