摘要(Abstract)：
火电机组热力设备和管道的保温是火电厂节能的重要方面,保温状况的好坏直接影响机组的煤耗水平。通过工作实践中进行的热力系统锅炉炉顶大罩、热力设备及管道保温改造工作实例,充分说明采用优良的绝热材料、合理的保温结构、先进的施工方法对于节能降耗的重要性。
The heat preservation of thermal equipments and pipes of coal-fired units are important for energy saving in the power plant,and it would directly affect the consumption of coal for the unit.This paper elaborates the importance of the fine insulation material,reasonable insulation structure,advanced construction methods for energy saving and consumption reduction based on the transformation work practice of the insulation design of the top of the boiler,thermal equipment and pipeline.
