输电线路带电拆除异物方法改进和工具研制An Improved Method and the Tool Development for Live-working Demolish of Unidentified Objects on Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
为了保证输电线路安全稳定运行,带电拆除异物工作就具有十分重要的意义。传统带电拆除架空线路上的异物,是直接用绝缘操作杆或在导线上使用绝缘绳将异物从带电导线上逐步剥离。但现有输电线路带电拆除异物的工具受杆塔结构、导线交跨、作业场地等因素限制而大大降低了带电拆除异物的效率,且对导线的伤害比较大,易使导线表面破损。改进的拆除异物工具以架空地线为异物拆除工器具滑动通道、通过滑车和绝缘绳来调节异物拆除工具与异物的位置、并可以360°向任意方向旋转,可不受间隔棒、杆塔类型、场地等因素制约拆除异物。经现场应用表明,改进的作业方法和新工具能有效提高带电拆除异物作业的安全性和效率。
To ensure operation stability and safety of transmission lines, live-working demolish of unidentified objects is meaningful. The traditional method is to demolish the unidentified objects from hot lines with an insulated operating lever or an insulating rope. However, the existing tools for unidentified objects demolish are limited by tower structures, wire crossover and the work place, which not only greatly reduce the demolish efficiency but do great harm to wires by surface damaging. In the improved method of unidentified object demolish, the overhead grounding wire is taken as slide passageway of the demolish tool; by pulley and insulating rope, the locations of demolish tool and the unidentified objects are changed; in addition, the tool can rotate in 360 degrees to any directions without being limited by spacing rods, tower types and field. The field application shows that the efficiency and the security can be greatly improved with the proposed new method and the new operating tool.
