20kV与10kV配电电压等级规划的比较Comparison of Planning in 10kV and 20kV Distribution Voltage

摘要(Abstract)：
20 kV电压等级的优越性已经逐步形成共识,实践证明20 kV配电网络能够有效减少线损,节能效果明显,但20 kV如何应用还应进行论证分析。从电网远景建设规模、可靠性、电压质量、经济性和节能等方面,对浙江某规划区采用10 kV配网模式和20 kV配电模式进行规划比较,并对采用20 kV配电模式提出相关的建议。
The application of 20kV distribution voltage and practical experiences have been proved that it can reduce the line losses effectively and save energy remarkably.Before application of 20kV voltage,we should carry to analysis and verification actively.In the paper,the main problems be considered on the comparison of planning in 10kV and 20kV distribution voltage,are scale of construction in the future,security level of power supply,voltage quality,economic benefit and conservation of energy.According to the development tendency of 20kV distribution network,some suggestions are put forward.
