汽动引风机汽轮机汽源选择的热经济性分析

摘要(Abstract):

为满足"提质增效"要求,降低企业生产成本,针对汽动引风机汽轮机不同负荷工况下,所采用的供汽汽源不同的情况,进行经济性分析。分析后发现当负荷在560 MW以下,采用经二段抽汽减压后的辅助蒸汽作为汽源,造成平均0.61 g/k Wh的标煤损失;当负荷大于560 MW时,对比不同汽源供汽,采用二段抽汽较采用四段抽汽,平均煤耗增加0.7 g/k Wh。因此建议尽量不采用二段抽汽作为供汽汽源,以减少经济损失。
In order to meet the requirements of Quality Improvement and Efficiency Increase and reduce the production cost of enterprises, economy analysis of different steam sources under different load conditions of steam induced draft fan is carried out in this paper. It is found that when the load is lower than 560 MW, the decompressed auxiliary steam of two-stage extraction is used as the steam source, resulting in an average coal loss of 0.61 g/k Wh; when the load is higher than 560 MW, we compare the average coal consumption with the different steam sources between the two-stage extraction steam and four-stage extraction steam. If we adopt the two-stage extraction steam as the steam sources, the average coal consumption increases by 0.7 g/k Wh.Therefore, it is suggested not adopting the two-stage extraction steam to reduce economic loss.
