变流器控制的背压式抽汽汽轮机应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

以中国首台投产的变流器控制的BEST(背压式抽汽汽轮机)小机在超超临界二次再热机组中的应用为研究对象,描述了BEST小机的控制运行方式,并针对BEST小机在调试过程中出现的问题进行了分析,如变流器控制方式下超负荷、BEST小机甩负荷时给水流量波动大、BEST小机从小汽轮机电液控制系统方式切换至变流器控制时跳闸等。通过运行参数及控制方式的调整,如提高小机背压、减缓小机调门动作幅度及增加转速信号采集时间等,最终有效解决了问题,使BEST小机进入节能高效的调门全开控制方式。在后期机组变负荷过程中,小机给水流量、抽汽回热系统及小发电机功率均能正常匹配,可为同类新建机组提供参考。
The application of the first converter controlled BEST(back pressure extraction steam turbine) in the ultra-supercritical secondary reheat unit is studied as the object. The control operation mode of the BEST is described, and the problems in the commissioning process of the BEST, such as the overload in converter control mode, the great fluctuation of feed water flow produced by the load dump of BEST, and the trip of BEST controlled from MEH(micro electro-hydraulic control system) mode to converter mode, are analyzed. By the adjustment of operation parameters and control modes, such as improving the back pressure of BEST, retarding the regulating valve movement range of BEST and increasing the acquisition time of speed signal and so on, finally the problems are effectively solved, making the BEST into energy-efficient regulating valve full control mode. Afterwards, in the process of turbine changing to load, feed water flow and extraction system and small generation power are properly matching, which can provide reference for similar new units.
