燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组运行与维护关键技术研究综述Review on Key Technology of Operation and Maintenance for Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Power Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):
针对大型燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组运行、维护、检修等方面出现的技术问题,从单轴燃机—汽机转子系统振动故障、联合循环汽轮机快速启动方法、燃气轮机热部件维护维修策略、燃气轮机IGV(进口导流叶排)控制及温控线优化技术等4个方面综述其研究现状,分析目前的研究热点;同时还指出存在的主要问题,提出进一步的研究方向。
Aiming at technical problems in operation, maintenance and overhaul of large gas-steam combined cycle generating units, this paper summarizes research status and analyzes current research focus from four aspects, namely vibration fault in single-shaft gas turbine and steam turbine rotor system, quick start method of combined cycle steam turbine, maintenance and overhaul strategy of thermal parts in gas turbine, optimization technology of IGV control and temperature control line in gas turbine. Meanwhile, the paper points out major problems and puts forward further investigation direction.
