基于PI数据库的变电站一体化监控系统Integrated Monitoring System for Substations Based on Plant Information Database

摘要(Abstract):
智能变电站是实现智能电网的必要条件,智能变电站除了具有智能设备状态的动态管理功能(自检测、自诊断)之外,还需要一系列与之匹配的应用系统作为支撑。以温州电力局的研究项目为例,探讨了如何利用PI实时数据库、高速有效的通信技术等实现无人值守变电站一体化运行监控,以推动智能变电站建设。
Smart substations are the prerequisite of smart grid construction.Apart from the dynamic management function(self-detection and self-diagnosis) of smart equipment conditions,a series of matching application systems are required.Illustrated with the case of the research project of Wenzhou Electric Power Bureau,this paper discusses how to make use of the plant information(PI) real-time database,efficient high speed communications technology etc.to carry out the integrated operation monitoring for the unattended substations and facilitate smart substation construction.
