火电厂热控系统的容错设计Fault-tolerant Design of Thermal Power Control System

摘要(Abstract):
通过对热控系统故障导致机组跳闸的原因分析,提出采用容错设计提高热控系统可靠性的观点。讨论了冗余配置、逻辑优化、信号鉴别、坏值剔除、容错控制、软测量技术与故障诊断等几种容错设计方法。
Based on the analysis of the unit trip caused by a control equipment malfunction,the fault-tolerant design was put forward to improve the control system reliability.Several methods of fault-tolerant design was discussed in this paper,such as redundancy scheme,logic optimization,signal identification,bad-signal suppression,fault-tolerant control,soft-sensing technology and fault diagnosis,atc.
