燃煤发电机组脱硫塔浆液起泡问题分析及应对措施

摘要(Abstract):

分析了燃煤机组取消脱硫旁路后脱硫塔浆液起泡的现象及危害,研究了脱硫浆液的起泡机理。在分析脱硫塔起泡原因的基础上,提出了解决吸收塔浆液起泡溢流问题的技术措施,解决了火电机组取消脱硫旁路烟道后的起泡问题。
The seriflux foaming in desulfuration tower and its harm after coal-fired units desulfurization bypass canceled are analyzed. The paper investigates foaming mechanism of desulfurization seriflux. On the basis of analyzing the causes for foaming of desulfuration tower, this paper presents technical measures to solve seriflux foaming and overflow problems in absorption tower, which solves foaming problem after coal-fired units cancel bypass gas flue.
