摘要(Abstract):
针对国产引进型300MW机组6号、7号瓦轴振不稳定的问题,结合嘉兴发电厂同类型的1号机组的振动特征,从密封瓦碰摩、密封油温、发电机无功及轴系支撑结构诸方面进行了分析试验,认为密封瓦碰摩和7号轴颈处大轴晃度超标是影响6号、7号瓦轴振不稳定的主要因素。严格控制大轴晃度在合格范围,进一步降低励磁机的振动水平是解决6号、7号轴振不稳定、维护轴振在优良水平下运行的关键。
The problems of unstable shaft vibration for No.6 and No.7 bearing of imported type 300MW units are analysed. As to the vibration charactedtics,it combines No.1 unit in Jiaxin Power Plant in terms of diest of oil-seal ring frication, oil temperature, generator reactive and suppotr structure of axis, etc. As a conclusion the reason of unstable shaft vibratim of We.6 and No.7 bearing on 300MW is that the oil-seal ringcreat frication and axle's flutter exceed stanchard The key of solving unstable shaft vibration of No. 6 and No.7 bearing and maintaling unit's vibration in the level of excellent is to strictly contnd axle's flutter and reduce excitor's vibration.Kegwords:oil-ring, frication, oil temperature, axle's flutter,thermal static balancing
