摘要(Abstract):

电力供应富余与需求减速这一矛盾的加剧促使大型燃煤火电机组进行深度调峰的试验工作,通过梳理超临界机组深度调峰负荷变动试验、 AGC(自动发电控制)试验、一次调频试验的关键点和注意点,结合实例,比较4台机组的相关特性,得出锅炉热效率、供电标准煤耗等多项经济指标,并结合新版"两个细则"有偿调峰补偿机制及补偿标准,分析了机组在调峰阶段的经济性。
The intensified contradiction between the surplus power supply and drastic demand reduction enables large coal-fired power generating units to carry out deep peak regulation test. By sorting out key points and attentions of load variation test, AGC(automatic generation control) test and primary frequency regulation in deep peak regulation of supercritical units, the paper compares relevant characteristics of 4 units based on some cases to conclude economic indicators including thermal efficiency of boilers and coal consumption for power supply, and it analyzes the economic efficiency during peak regulation based on the newly published "Two Regulations" for compensated peak regulation mechanism and standard.
