摘要(Abstract):
介绍了温州发电厂300 MW机组锅炉在微油点火启动过程中出现的汽温倒挂现象,对微油点火启动与传统大油枪启动方式炉内火焰中心、传热分配变化进行分析,阐述了汽温倒挂现象的形成原因,并给出了解决问题的具体措施,如调整微油枪出力、二次风配风,调整启炉磨煤机的一次风速、一次风温、煤粉细度等。
The paper introduces steam temperature inversion in micro-oil ignition of 300 MW units in Wenzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.It analyzes furnace flame kernel and heat distribution change by micro-ignition and traditional large oil gun and expounds causes for steam temperature inversion;furthermore,it proposes specific measures,such as output power adjustment of oil gun,distribution of secondary draft,adjusting primary draft,temperature of primary draft and coal fineness of coal pulverizer for boiler startup.
