发电机转子振动故障的诊断与处理Diagnosis and Treatment of Generator Rotor Vibration

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了2台上汽1 000 MW汽轮发电机组的振动爬升情况,针对出现的振动问题,通过相关的试验分析,得出了发电机转子振动故障为转子热弯曲和安装缺陷所致,现场采取了热态动平衡与检修相结合的方案,消除了发电机转子的振动问题。
This paper introduces vibration increase of two 1 000 MW steam turbine generator sets manufactured by STP.Aiming at the existing vibration,it is concluded by test and analysis that the rotor vibration is caused by thermal bending and installation defects.A scheme of integrated thermal state dynamic balancing and maintenance is adopted in the field to eliminate the vibration.
