摘要(Abstract)：

在对10 kV母线电压互感器(TV)中性点加装零序TV的接线方式的工作原理进行分析的基础上,提出在此接线方式下由于二次接线不当造成电压指示异常的处理方法,利用相量法对TV高压熔丝熔断后的电压指示进行分析,阐述辅助绕组开口三角短接的作用,分析其在异常工况下的运行情况。
On the basis of analyzing working principle of installing zero-sequence TV on neutral point of 10 kV bus TV,a resolution to abnormal voltage indication due to inappropriate secondary wiring in the wiring mode is proposed and phasor method is used for analysis of voltage indication after TV high-voltage fuse blown.Finally,the function of auxiliary windings triangular opening shorting method is stated,and running conditions of auxiliary windings under abnormal working condition is discussed.
