全自动馈线自动化实用化应用研究Research on Practical Application of Automatic Feeder Automation

摘要(Abstract):
馈线自动化是降低配网跳闸事故处理时限、提高供电可靠性的重要手段,也是实现智能配电网的重要基础。针对全自动馈线自动化在现场应用过程中出现的启动失败、图模不正确、故障区段判定不准确、全自动模式转交互运行等诸多问题,全面分析了其产生原因,并提出了强化运维指标管控、加强图模信息维护、开展开关状态操作、开展FA动作分析等若干针对性解决措施。实际应用结果表明:有效提升了全自动馈线自动化的实用化应用水平,提高了现场动作准确率。
Feeder automation is an important way to reduce the limit time of distribution network tripping accident, improve the reliability of power supply, and also an important basis to achieve intelligent distribution network. Aiming at the problems such as startup failure, inaccurate drawing pattern, inaccurate fault zone determination, full automatic mode and interactive operation in the field of automatic feeder automation in the field application process, the reasons are analyzed, and solutions such as strengthening operation and maintenance indicators control, enhancing graphics information maintenance as well as switch status operation and FA action analysis. The practical application shows that the practical application level of automatic feeder automation is effectively improved, and the accuracy of on-site actions is improved.
