基于IEC 61970标准的网络报文记录分析装置组网技术研究及应用

摘要(Abstract):

网络报文记录分析装置已成为智能变电站的标准配置设备,实际应用中存在将分散在各变电站的网络报文记录分析装置组网的需求。针对实现这种需求涉及的关键技术问题,利用IEC 61970标准提供的分布式系统集成框架、信息模型和接口规范,提出构建适合网络报文记录分析装置组网技术要求的系统架构,分析了网络报文记录分析装置组网需要构建的公共信息模型及信息交换接口规范,设计并实现了支持统一信息模型、统一信息访问接口的分布式变电站网络报文记录分析装置集成平台。利用该平台,不但可以收集各变电站网络报文记录分析装置采集的各种通信状态参数和网络缺陷,对变电站站内通信网络及远动通信网络进行综合评估分析,还可以实时调阅分析各变电站、集控站和调度主站的通信报文,并实现与其他应用系统的信息共享和综合利用。
Power network analyzer is one of the standard devices in an intelligent power substation. There is a networking requirement for message recording and analysis devices installed in the power substation. Based on key technologies concerning the requirement, integration framework, information model and interface norm provided by IEC 61970 are adopted to propose a system framework applicable to the message recording and analysis device, and a necessary common information model(CIM) and an information exchange interface are analyzed; besides, a distributed substation network message recording and analysis device integration platform compatible with unified information model and unified information access(UIA) interface is designed and implemented. The platform can not only collect information state parameters and network defects acquired by the device for comprehensive evaluation and analysis of substation communication networks and telecontrol communication networks, but also retrieve messages in substations, centralized control stations and main dispatching station, as well as share and utilize information with other systems.
