考虑时变电碳因子的园区综合能源系统低碳经济调度

摘要(Abstract):

针对园区型综合能源系统碳排放水平较高的问题,提出考虑时变电碳因子的综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型。为完善电能生产全环节碳排放模型,研究联络线与储能充放电碳排放特性;挖掘荷侧可调度资源的低碳潜力,构建荷侧可调度资源在价格信号与时变电碳因子曲线双重激励下的调用模型;构建考虑时变电碳因子曲线的园区型综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型,以运行成本最低及碳排放量最少为目标优化系统运行。仿真结果表明,该低碳经济调度模型能够有效降低系统的碳排放水平,降低园区运行总成本。
Given the high carbon emission level of the industrial park integrated energy system,a low-carbon economic dispatch model of the integrated energy system considering the time-varying carbon emission factor is proposed. Firstly,to improve the carbon emission model of the whole process of electric energy production,the carbon emission characteristics of tie-line and energy storage charging and discharging are studied. Secondly,the lowcarbon potential of load-side dispatchable resources is explored,and a dispatch model of load-side dispatchable resources under the incentive of price signals and time-varying carbon emission factor curve is constructed;a lowcarbon economic dispatch model of the industrial park integrated energy system considering the time-varying carbon emission factor curve is constructed to optimize the system operation with the objective of minimum operation cost and carbon emission. The simulation results show that the low-carbon economic dispatch model can effectively reduce the carbon emission level of the system and reduce the total operation cost of industrial park.
