在线理论线损计算及线损精益化管理系统设计与应用Design and Application of Online Theoretical Line Loss Calculation and the Lean Management System

摘要(Abstract):
电力系统线损计算及精益化管理系统的设计和应用在指导降损节能、促进线损管理方面具有重要指导意义。为此,设计开发了一套在线理论线损计算及线损精益化管理系统,首先给出了在线理论线损计算的总体流程,然后详细阐述了线损理论计算数据的获取与预处理,包括数据获取方式、来源以及预处理步骤,接着提出适用于实际情况的线损理论计算改进方法,最后根据理论计算结果给出系统降损规划辅助决策。该系统已应用于浙江电网线损理论计算分析,显著提升了工作效率和自动化程度。
The design and application of line loss calculation and the lean management system for power system play a significant reference role in loss reduction, energy saving and line loss management enhancement.Therefore, an online theoretical line loss calculation and lean management system is designed. Firstly, an overall procedure of online theoretical line loss calculation is proposed; secondly, the calculation data acquisition and preprocessing are described in detail, including data acquisition mode, source and preprocessing steps; then, the practical method for improving the theoretical calculation of line loss is put forward. Finally,according to the theoretical calculation results, the decision-making system for loss reduction planning is designed. The system is adopted in the theoretical line loss calculation and analysis of Zhejiang power grid,which improves work efficiency and automation level.
