特高压工程对湖州电网的影响及对策The Influence of UHV Projects on Huzhou Power Grid and the Countermeasures

摘要(Abstract):
为配合特高压工程,湖州电网多回重要输电线路同停,电网接线方式薄弱、运行风险凸显。对工程施工期间电网进行了风险分析,从风险预控和事故后应急处置两方面着手,制定了相应的控制策略,提出了加装安全稳定控制装置,加强重要断面潮流监控等措施,实现了特高压建设期间电网安全可靠运行。
To coordinate with UHV(Ultra High Voltage) projects, important multiple-circuit transmission lines of Huzhou power grid were simultaneously shut down, resulting in weak connection mode and operational risks of power grid. The paper analyzes risks of power grid in the course and lays out corresponding control strategies in terms of risk precontrol and emergency disposal after accident occur; moreover, it suggests equipping safety and stability control devices as well as strengthening flow monitoring on key sections to guarantee operation safety and reliability of power grid during construction of UHV projects.
