低压双电源用户闭锁方式的研究Research on Locking Mode of Low-voltage Dual Power Source Users

摘要(Abstract):
为提高供电可靠性,低压重要用户均采用双电源供电方式,有的双电源切换刀闸之间不存在任何强制性闭锁措施,致使双电源供电存在并列运行的风险,分析5种防误操作闭锁措施,尤其是提出使用双掷单投刀闸的闭锁方式,能限制刀闸同时合闸,操作方便,具有较高的应用价值。
For the sake of power supply reliability improvement, dual power source is used in power supply for key low-voltage power users. However, there is no mandatory locking measure between switching breakers in dual power sources, resulting in paralleled operation risk in the dual power sources. This paper analyzes five locking measures for maloperation prevention, in which the locking mode of breaker switching can prevent the breakers from reclosing simultaneously and is of high operation convenience and application value.
