县级电力调度主变夏季最高负荷预测方法

摘要(Abstract):

夏季受空调负荷影响,电力负荷通常为全年最高。在某些地区可能出现主变过负荷运行情况。同时,人们对于供电可靠性和电能质量的要求逐渐提高,因此,县级电力调度机构有必要进行主变夏季最高负荷预测,提前采取措施,防止停电发生。借鉴系统级负荷预测研究,结合主变负荷特性,提出一种考虑气温和居民用电习惯变化的主变最高负荷预测方法,以求出主变夏季最高负荷的波动区间,并通过算例分析验证该方法的可行性。
Affected by air conditioning load, power load in summer is usually the highest in the whole year.In some areas, there are overload operations of main transformers. At the same time, consumers′ requirements on power supply reliability and power quality are gradually improving. Therefore, county-level power dispatching centers must forecast the maximum load of the main transformers in summer and take measures in advance to prevent blackouts. Referring to the system-level load forecasting research and the main transformer load feature, this paper proposes a method for forecasting the maximum load of the main transformer, which considers the temperature and residents′ power consumption habit change to obtain. the fluctuation range of the maximum load of the main transformer, and through an example verify the feasibility of this method.
