摘要(Abstract)：

提出基于精细化管理的有序用电辅助决策方法;根据用户用电行为和评价指标,精细划分用户,并结合用电设备和用电时段特性,设置有序用电优化目标和约束条件,进而生成精细化的有序用电优化方案,实现有序用电的精细化管理;并通过实际系统应用验证了方法的有效性,提高了有序用电精细化管理的水平。
The paper proposes decision support method and system for orderly power utilization based on delicacy management.The users are delicately divided in terms of consumption behavior and restraint conditions,and optimization goal for orderly power consumption and restraint condition are set,and then delicate optimization scheme for orderly power utilization is formulated to achieve delicate management of orderly power consumption;the effectiveness is proved by practical use of the system,hence the delicate management of orderly utilization is greatly enhanced.
