摘要(Abstract)：
简要介绍了设备资产管理的起源、相关基本概念及国内外发展现状,重点介绍了英国国家标准学会资产管理标准PAS55的基本构成,并对设备资产管理的培训工作提出了建议。
The origins,related basic concepts and development of the Electricity,Assets Management were introduced,and the main structure of PAS 55 published by the Institute of Asset Management and the suggesstions for the asset management training were also presented.
