一种提高高压直流断路器机械开关触发回路可靠性的方法

摘要(Abstract):

快速机械开关是高压直流断路器设备中的关键部件,在短路故障发生时,依靠其快速可靠的分断来转移故障电流,触发回路作为快速机械开关核心触发单元,其可靠性直接决定着整个断路器能否可靠运行。对此,从快速机械开关触发回路的可靠性着手,针对现有触发回路不足,研究提高触发回路可靠性的方法,以降低因触发回路异常导致快速机械开关失效的概率,进一步提升快速机械开关运行的可靠性,保障直流电网安全、可靠运行。
As a key component of high-voltage DC circuit breaker, the fast mechanical switch can break quickly and reliably to transfer the fault current in case of short circuit fault. As the core trigger unit of the fast mechanical switch, the reliability of the trigger circuit directly determines whether the entire circuit breaker can be reliably operated. Given the disadvantages of the existing trigger circuit, the paper discusses a method to improve the reliability of trigger circuit to reduce the failure rate of the fast mechanical switch caused by trigger circuit normality, and further improve operation reliability of fast mechanical switch and ensure operation safety and reliability of DC power grid.
