摘要(Abstract):
针对循环水系统对机组冷端运行经济性产生的影响,通过试验、数值计算和理论分析,综合研究循环水温、循环水量、凝汽器特性、低压缸排汽压力等多种因素对机组负荷及经济性的影响,依据2个评价准则计算确定某300 MW机组循环水系统在不同循环水温、不同负荷条件下的经济运行方式,并对该型机组循环水系统的实际优化运行方式的选取方法进行讨论和分析。
In view of the influence of circulating water system on cold-end system operation economy of units,this paper carries out the comprehensive research on the influence of multiple factors such as circulating water temperature,circulating water volume,condenser characteristics,exhaust steam pressure of low pressure cylinder on the unit load and economy through the tests,numeric calculation and theoretical analysis.The economic operation modes of the circulating water system for 300 MW unit under different circulating water temperatures and loads are confirmed after the calculation according to the two evaluation criteria,and the selection method of actual optimal operation mode of the circulating water system for the unit of this type is discussed and analyzed.
