摘要(Abstract)：

桐乡配电网从2010年开始进行20 kV的升级改造,至今20 kV配电网已经初具规模。对桐乡20 kV配电网升级改造的主要技术原则进行阐述,同时对20 kV配电网2011年运行情况进行分析,从而提出了后续升级改造的相应改进措施。
The upgrade of 20 kV Tongxiang distribution network began from 2010 And the 20 kV distribution network is taking shape now.This paper describes the main technical principles of the upgrade and analyzes its operation condition in 2011.In addition,the improvement measures on subsequent upgrade are proposed.
