摘要(Abstract)：

对现代电网的变电运行管理方式进行了讨论,就"集中监控,分点操作"模式下的变电所值班、调度发令和遥控操作方式等问题进行了重点分析,对该运行模式的具体实施具有借鉴意义。
This paper discuses power transformation management mode of modern electric network, and analyzes the problems of substation scheduling, dispatching order and remote operation manner based on "Centralized Monitoring and Control, Distributing Operation"mode. The analysis results would be benefits for carrying out the operation mode.
