密封油温度低导致发电机振动偏大问题分析与处理
Analysis and Treatment for Generator Vibration Caused by Low Temperature of Sealing Oil

摘要(Abstract):

某发电厂1台1 000 MW汽轮发电机组在调试过程中,首次冲转3000r/min及带负荷过程时,发电机振动偏大且波动不稳,在甩50%负荷试验机组惰走过程中,发电机前轴承端盖处摩擦出现黑烟。现场根据故障现象,立足调试参数,排除了轴瓦损伤的可能,避免了停机检查。同时认定了该故障为发电机外油档碰磨所致,设计缺陷导致密封油温低是引起该故障的根本原因。
In commissioning of a 1 000 MW steam turbine generating unit in a power plant,generator vibration occurred and fluctuated during the initial rolling with rotation speed of 3 000 r/min and load on;in 50% load rejection test and unit idling,there was black smoke due to friction at the front bearing cover.According to the fault and based on the commissioning parameters,possibility of bearing shell damage was ruled out on site,and unit shutdown for inspection was avoided.Meanwhile,it was confirmed that the fault was caused by oil baffle plate rubbing.The root cause of this fault was the design defect that leads to low sealing oil temperature.
