低温条件下避雷针失效状态分析与仿真模拟Failure State Analysis and Simulation of Lightning Rod in Low-temperature Condition

摘要(Abstract):
针对低温环境下发生的多起避雷针断裂倒塌事故,以避雷针结构和材质为主要研究对象,通过宏观检查、金相分析、力学分析等实验,结合强度模拟计算手段,综合分析失效原因。结果表明,此次事故主要原因是避雷针内部积水在低温状况下发生冰冻,致使焊接法兰上的未熔合角焊缝在冰体积膨胀产生的附加应力作用下开裂。同时指出,目前所用的Q235B材质隐患也不容忽视。最后,对避雷针的结构、选材、检验和监督管理提出相应的措施和建议。
In view of lightning rod fracture and collapse in low-temperature conduction, the structure and material of the lightning rod are investigated. Through macroscopical inspection, metallurgical analysis and mechanical analysis as well as strength analog calculation, the failure causes are comprehensively analyzed. The result shows that the accident comes from stagnant water in the lightning rod frozen in low temperature, making the unmelted fillet on flange cracks under the action of ice expansion. The paper also indicates that quality of Q235 B can not be neglected. In the end, countermeasures and suggestions for lightning rod structure,material selection, test and intendance are brought forward.
