摘要(Abstract):

介绍了《提高TSI装置运行可靠性的技术要求》和《提高热工自动化系统可靠性的重点技术措施》在热工保护系统可靠性改进方面的相关内容,以及2009年浙江省各火电厂热工保护系统可靠性改进的开展情况。单点保护改进的根本途径是通过增加测点实现保护信号全程独立取样,由于采用同一取样管导致保护系统降级为单点保护的问题还普遍存在,ETS系统和DCS电源在设计上也还存在缺陷,应该引起相当的重视。
This paper describes the improvement of thermal protection system in Technical Requirements for Reliability Improvement of TSI Operation and Key Technical Measures for Reliability Improvement of Thermal Automation System and the reliability improvement of thermal protection system in thermal power plants in Zhejiang in 2009. The basic approach to improve the single-point signal protection is to increase test points to achieve overall independent sampling of signal protection. And the problem still exists that the redundant system is degraded into thermal single-point signal protection due to the use of the same sampling tube. In addition, there are still defects in the design of ETS System and DCS power supply. These problems should be attached great importance.
