300MW锅炉微油点火启动中防超温控制策略

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了嘉兴发电厂1,2号锅炉微油启动中过热蒸汽温度超限和温度变化率过大的情况,分析了超温和升温率过大的原因,阐述了防止超温的原理,列举了一般对策及其弊端,提出了改善燃烧、提高汽包压力的运行措施,包括控制入炉煤的品质,控制启动不同阶段的燃料量,调整一、二次风,提高给水温度,提前启动第2套制粉系统等,有效解决了微油启动中过热蒸汽超温和温度变化率过大的问题。
The paper introduces the situation of superheated steam over-temperature and the excessive temperature change rate during the micro-oil ignition startup of No.1 and 2 boilers in Jiaxing Power Plant.Through the cause analysis,it elaborates the principles of preventing over-temperature,illustrates the general strategies and disadvantages,puts forward the operation measures to improve combustion and increase the drum pressure,which includes quality control for coal as fired,fuel quantity control during different stages of startup,adjustment of primary and secondary air,increase of feedwater temperature,run the second pulverizing system in advance etc.to effectively solve the problems of superheated steam over-temperature and excessive temperature change rate during the startup.
