西门子超超临界机组汽轮机ATT试验存在问题及其防范措施

摘要(Abstract):

针对西门子超超临界机组ATT试验发生的异常,从试验过程和控制油系统进行分析,找出在线ATT试验引起机组跳闸的原因和存在的不足。从提高机组运行安全可靠性出发,综合分析ATT试验的必要性以及异常处理过程中可能存在的问题和风险,并针对存在的隐患和不足提出建议和防范措施。
Through test process and oil control system, the paper analyzes abnormities in ATT of Siemens ultra-supercritical units and detects tripping causes of online ATT and the disadvantages. For improvement of units operation reliability, the paper comprehensively analyzes necessity of ATT as well as problems and risks in abnormity handling; besides, it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for potential hazards and shortcomings.
