配电网风险防控分析及安全预警技术的应用Application of Distribution Network Risk Prevention Analysis and Safety Warning Technology

摘要(Abstract):
随着配电网规模日益庞大,供电企业和电力用户对配电系统运行可靠性的要求也越来越高。运用配电网风险防控分析及安全预警技术,结合丽水地区和余姚地区的配电网线路特点,实现了系统故障集自动生成、考虑连锁故障的静态安全分析和配电网风险评估可视化等功能。最后,根据丽水配电网和余姚配电网的算例具体分析了该技术的实用性与优越性。
As the scale of distribution networks is becoming increasingly larger, both power supply enterprises and power consumers have stricter requirements on power distribution system reliability. This paper introduces the distribution network risk prevention analysis and safety warning technology. In accordance with features of distribution lines in Lishui and Yuyao, the paper introduces the implementation of the technology in terms of automatic system fault set generation, static safety analysis considering cascading faults and visualization of distribution network risk evaluation. Finally, the paper analyzes practicability and superiority of the technology in accordance with calculation examples of distribution networks in Lishui and Yuyao.
