摘要(Abstract)：
智能电网有助于实现能源和电力资源优化配置,提高电网运行管理水平,但其建设尚无既定模式,仍处于起步阶段。在阐述智能电网社会效益的基础上,重点探讨了智能电网技术标准的制定和风险的防范。
Smart grid helps achieve optimal allocation of energy and power resources and improves grid operation management.However,it is still in the initial stage without fixed model of construction.Through elaboration of social benefits of smart grid,this paper discusses the formulation of technical standards and prevention of risk.
