摘要(Abstract):

统计了某地区电网投运的500 kV杆塔耐张线夹连接板断裂数据,从杆塔形式、导线分裂数、档距和跳线分布情况等多维度进行耐张线夹连接板断裂原因和规律分析。分析结果表明,耐张线夹连接板断裂在大档距、风口等特殊地形的紧凑型耐张塔、常规耐张杆塔中相出现概率最大。针对耐张线夹连接板断裂的原因,提出了相应的防范措施,可为类似事件的分析与处理提供参考。
Based on the fracture data of 500 kV tension clamp in a power grid, the fracture causes and rules of tension clamp are analyzed from the aspects of tower form, conductor split number, span, jumper distribution, etc. It is found that the fracture probability of tension clamp is the largest in the phase of compact tension tower and conventional tension tower with large span, wind gap and other special terrains. According to the causes of tension clamp fracture, the corresponding preventive measures are proposed, which can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar events.
