摘要(Abstract):
应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),可同时测定火力发电厂锅炉水冷壁管垢清洗液中的钾、钙、钠、镁、铝、铜、铁、锰、磷、硅等元素,对ICP工作参数选择、元素分析线选择、酸度对测定的影响以及铁的干扰等进行了研究。试验证明,各元素的加标回收率在95%~106%之间,该方法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、多元素同时测定、操作简便等优点。
The method of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) is applied to simultaneously determine K,Ca,Na,Mg,Al,Cu,Fe,Mn,P and Si in cleaning fluid of water-wall tube scale for boilers in thermal power plants.The ICP working parameter selection,element analysis line selection,acid influence on determination and iron interference are studied.The test results show that the standard addition recovery rate of each element is 95%~106% and it is featured by high sensitivity,high speed of analysis,simultaneous determination of multiple elements and convenient operation.
