SF6密度继电器监测GIS气室压力的误差分析

摘要(Abstract):

对特高压变电站中GIS压力监测进行了分析,比较理想气体状态方程和Beattie-Bridgman方程在SF6压力与密度关系计算的结果,指出后者更接近实际情况。通过计算分析,得出常见气室压力0.3 MPa、0.35 MPa、0.40 MPa、0.45 MPa、0.50 MPa、0.55 MPa、0.60 MPa在补偿压力为0.05 MPa时对应的低温值分别为-25.03℃、-18.06℃、-12.86℃、-8.79℃、-5.55℃、-2.90℃、-0.69℃。指出华东地区对于0.45MPa及以上额定压力的气室可能会出现因过补偿而导致压力低报警的情况。如果出现该情况,需要对气室进行泄漏检查,在排除漏气的情况下再进行压力补偿等问题的分析。
The paper analyzes the GIS pressure monitoring in UHV substation and compares the results of ideal gas state equation and Beattie-Bridgman equation in the calculation of SF6 pressure and density. It is pointed out that the latter is closer to the actual situation. Through calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the values of common chamber pressure,with the compensation pressure being 0.05 MPa,are 0.3 MPa,0.35 MPa,0.40 MPa,0.45 MPa,0.50 MPa,0.55 MPa,and 0.60 MPa corresponded to low temperature values of-25.03℃,-18.06℃,-12.86℃,-8.79℃,-5.55℃,-2.90℃,and-0.69℃ respectively. It is pointed out that the air chambers with rated pressure being 0.45 MPa and above in East China may be compensated and cause low pressure alarm. If this happens,it is necessary to check the leakage of the gas chamber and analyze the pressure compensation under the condition of having excluded the leakage.
